Take the step towards continuous conversations.

It's not the evaluation that moves behaviour. The conversations in between do. That's how you build a feedback culture. Step by step. Conversation by conversation.

The need is there.

Every conversation calls for a different approach, in the middle of a busy day.
Who do your managers turn to with their questions?

What behavioural examples should I raise?
How do I name what's not going well, without dancing around it?
What if someone agrees, but nothing changes?
How do I encourage initiative without steering it?
How do I end with a commitment, not vague intentions?
How do I open without creating resistance?

How do I make small steps visible?
How do I follow up without micromanaging?

Which message needs to stick?
How do I discuss low engagement without judging?

How it works.

From check-in to performance review. From reminder to report. Managers are supported step by step, from the tools they already use.

01 Reminder & preparation

Notified on time, perfectly prepared

Wundo reminds the manager of the scheduled check-in in good time. Their prep is already waiting: one sharp question and conversation tip, based on the framework and earlier conversations.

02 Practice conversation

Practise the difficult moment first

Practise first, then the real conversation. The manager practises the tricky point with a realistic scenario, and adjusts based on concrete feedback while there's still time.

03 Report

Noted, with feedback included

The conversation is done. Wundo automatically updates the report based on what was discussed, and immediately flags what went well. You can add to or adjust the report where needed.

05 Overview for HR

Overview, for HR too

No visibility into the conversation itself, but into the pattern. HR sees, aggregated and anonymised, how many check-ins take place and what they're about: a basis for strategic adjustments.

The result with Wundo

What managers, employees and HR colleagues notice in practice.

Live in 2 weeks

One framework, ready to use for everyone.

The same framework lands in every conversation, with every manager. That delivers comparable ratings, and the confidence that everyone gets the right support.

The conversation itself gets noticeably better.

Coaching probes doubts and blind spots, the practice conversation gives visible feedback: both right before the real conversation. That makes the conversation noticeably better, time after time.

For the first time, you know what's going on.

HR gets an aggregated and anonymised overview across all performance conversations. That gives a basis for strategic adjustments, instead of reacting ad hoc.

Real feedback from real users.

Anonymous feedback from managers who use Wundo to better prepare and follow up their team conversations.

Still have questions about performance management with Wundo?

What pain points does Wundo solve in performance management?+

Wundo tackles the points where performance management gets stuck: too little time, too little consistency, conversations that keep getting postponed. Preparing, practising and following up becomes easier, so conversations not only happen more often, but also go better. That directly affects engagement and motivation.

How much can this be tailored to our organisation?+

Fully: the framework, the coaching material and the timing are tailored to your organisation. A library of practice conversations can also be provided, covering the challenges that often come up in your check-ins or performance reviews.

Does the AI take over the conversation, or does the manager stay in control?+

The manager has the conversation, Wundo supports: with preparing, practising and formulating. Wundo never takes over the conversation and never passes judgement. Coaching and evaluation stay separate; the decision always lies with the human.

Do I need to use Wundo's notetaker to get good support from Wundo?+

No. Wundo has a built-in notetaker, but using it isn't required. With the notetaker, Wundo gives feedback on the conversation itself; without it, support still stands through the framework and earlier conversations. The notetaker is a plus, not a requirement.

Does Wundo replace our existing PM system or HRIS?+

No, Wundo complements your existing PM system or HRIS. That system remains the owner of goals, ratings and documentation; Wundo makes sure the conversations underneath are well prepared and held.

Which tools does Wundo integrate with?+

Wundo works directly in Teams and Slack, with no separate tool or login, and integrates with the Outlook calendar.

Interested in specific integrations, e.g. with your HRIS, payroll provider or performance management system? Contact hello@wundo.ai.

What about confidentiality of the conversations?+

Individual conversations stay confidential: HR and other managers don't see them. What is shared is exclusively aggregated and anonymised, never the content of a conversation itself. Data is encrypted and access is limited to those who need it.
