A strong vision doesn't land on its own.

A new strategy. A reorganisation. A culture change. What doesn't land undermines not just this change, but the next one too.

Most organisations invest in the message.

Almost no one invests in the conversation that has to make the message land. Yet a clear, honest explanation from the manager cuts resistance by 43%.

The need is there.

Change raises the same questions, over and over, in the middle of execution.
Who do your managers turn to with their doubts?

How do I acknowledge frustration without reopening the decision?
What's been decided, what's still open?
How do I translate this for my team?
When do I explain, and when do I just decide?
How do I stay credible when I have doubts myself?
How do I build trust along the way?

How do I ask for input without creating false expectations?

From message to implementation.

Every conversation about the change is prepared, practised and followed up, from the first translation for the team to the last follow-up.

01 Translation & framing

The message, ready to apply

Wundo coaches the manager on how to translate the core message for their team. What does the change mean for the team? What's already fixed, and what's still open?

02 Practising resistance

Practise the hardest conversation first

Resistance feels different per team. The manager practises the conversation with a realistic scenario and gets feedback on their approach, before the real conversation happens.

03 Report & agreements

What matters, noted

Wundo automatically records what was discussed: the concerns that came up, where progress was made, and what was agreed for the next period.

04 Follow-up tracked

Agreements and to-dos don't slip through

Wundo automatically tracks whether agreements are followed up. That's essential for trust, and it's exactly where change usually gets stuck.

Still have questions about change with Wundo?

What pain points does Wundo solve with change?+

Wundo tackles where change communication gets stuck: managers who don't get the message translated, resistance that stays undiscussable, conversations that get postponed. Wundo makes preparing, practising and following up easy, so those conversations actually happen, and happen better.

Does this work even if the change isn't fully worked out yet?+

Yes. Wundo helps precisely to tell apart what's already fixed and what's still open. HR gets overview and well-documented conversations, and can adjust accordingly: change ultimately becomes a continuous conversation in itself.

What if a manager has their own questions or doubts about the change?+

Wundo helps the manager deal with it themselves, and refers them to the right person internally if needed. HR also sees where there's unclarity, and can adjust the approach.

Is this only for major transformations, or smaller changes too?+

Both, and broader. Wundo supports a major reorganisation just as well as a smaller change. A new way of working, a new project, anything your team needs to get behind. It's always about a message that has to land.

Does Wundo replace our existing communication platform?+

No, Wundo complements your existing approach. The change plan, the communication channels and the formal follow-up stay as they are; Wundo makes sure the conversations underneath actually happen, well prepared and followed up.

Which tools does Wundo integrate with?+

Wundo works directly in Teams and Slack, with no separate tool or login, and integrates with the Outlook calendar.

Interested in specific integrations, e.g. with your HRIS, payroll provider or performance management system? Contact hello@wundo.ai.

What about confidentiality of the conversations?+

Individual conversations stay confidential: HR and other managers don't see them. What is shared is exclusively aggregated and anonymised, never the content of a conversation itself. Data is encrypted and access is limited to those who need it.
